An educationist, scientist and academic leader, Prof. Manoharan has extensive experience spanning energy education, scientific research, technology, innovation and institutional development. His academic and research background contributes to PDEU’s focus on energy education, research, innovation and entrepreneurship.

His association with ARKVOLT strengthens the organisation’s technology, knowledge and institutional ecosystem, particularly in areas involving energy, research, innovation and academia–industry collaboration.

Dr. M. P. Chandran

Dr. M. P. Chandran

President of JG University

Dr. M. P. Chandran serves as the President of JG University, contributing to the university’s vision of developing an education system that combines academic knowledge with practical and experiential learning.

His educational philosophy emphasises empowering students to explore beyond conventional learning and develop the knowledge and skills required to meet evolving employment, entrepreneurship and professional challenges.

Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi

Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi

Former Union Minister of State for External Affairs & Culture, Government of India

Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi is a lawyer, former parliamentarian and former Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture, Government of India.

She served as a Member of Parliament representing the New Delhi constituency in the 16th and 17th Lok Sabha and participated in several parliamentary committees, including committees related to external affairs, urban development, public undertakings, privileges and data protection.

Her professional background in law, public policy, governance and parliamentary affairs brings valuable institutional perspective to initiatives involving government, industry, social development and strategic partnerships.

Her association with ARKVOLT contributes to its broader institutional and strategic ecosystem, particularly in areas requiring public-sector engagement, policy understanding, institutional coordination and stakeholder development.

Flemy Abraham is a lawyer, entrepreneur and strategic business leader with experience across solar energy, renewable-energy projects, healthcare and institutional partnerships. As Managing Director of ARKVOLT ENERGY PVT. LTD., he provides strategic leadership across business development, project execution, technology-driven initiatives and long-term partnerships.

He has been involved in the development and execution of solar and renewable-energy projects, while also contributing to initiatives in the healthcare and oncology ecosystem, including collaborations with cancer and oncology professionals. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to connect legal expertise, entrepreneurship, energy, healthcare and institutional engagement to develop and execute impactful projects.

His vision is to build sustainable, technology-enabled initiatives that create meaningful value for industries, institutions and communities, while fostering long-term partnerships and opportunities for innovation and inclusive growth.
